Administaff BIG $100,000 Business Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Participants must access the entry form from the Administaff Web site located at www.administaff.com and provide all required information. To access the Sweepstakes entry form, participants must have Internet access and a Flash 8 player or higher. For more information about the Flash 8 Player, visit Adobe.com.
2. The Administaff BIG $100,000 Business Sweepstakes is offered by Administaff Companies II, L.P. (“Administaff”), and is open to any small or medium-sized business that meets the following criteria at the time of submitting an entry and at the time the prizes are awarded, unless otherwise specified by Administaff:
• is independently owned and operated;
• is a business entity with a primary place of business located within the 50 United States or the District of Columbia;
• has at least 10 and no more than 2,000 full-time employees located in the United States;
• has existed and been in business for 12 months or more;
• is not under contract with another professional employer organization; and
• has submitted a correctly and fully completed entry form including correct answers to all questions concerning "The Administaff Advantage" video
3. Only one entry per business entity is allowed. The individual who enters the Sweepstakes on behalf of the business must be one of the following: Chairman of the Board; Board of Directors member; President; Chief Executive Officer; Vice President; Chief Financial Officer; Chief Operating Officer; Controller; Treasurer; Owner; Partner; Pastor; Principal; Superintendent; director level executive; or other analogous executive.
4. The Administaff BIG $100,000 Business Sweepstakes begins at 10 a.m. CT on September 2, 2008 and ends at 5 p.m. CT on December 31, 2008.
5. Entrants must be willing and able to view and correctly answer several brief questions about The Administaff Advantage video. Administaff is not responsible for transmission or programming errors, or late, lost, incomplete, or undelivered entries.
6. Administaff, whose decisions shall be final, will conduct a random selection of finalists. In order to be a winner, entry must comply with all rules.
7. Winners (or a designated representative thereof) must sign a Promotional Release, a Certificate of Eligibility and Release, and provide an executed W-9 form (Request for Taxpayer Identification Number and Certification) within 3 business days of receipt of required forms, or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Administaff will include a pre-paid overnight courier envelope to return the executed forms.
8. Winners will be publicly announced on or about January 26, 2009. All prizes, unless otherwise specified, will be awarded within thirty days of the public announcement. It is the responsibility of the winner to claim prizes within the thirty days provided.
9. If the winner forfeits or fails to claim any of the prizes within the 30 days or cannot fulfill the obligations of winning, Administaff reserves the right to award such prizes to an alternate winner.
10. Odds of winning will depend on the number of qualified entries.
11. In the case of a dispute, the decision of Administaff is final.
12. Entrants or designated representatives of entrants of the Administaff BIG $100,000 Business Sweepstakes agree to be contacted by an Administaff sales consultant.
13. Corporate employees, officers, and directors of Administaff, Inc., its subsidiaries and affiliates, its advertising and public relations agencies, principals or employees of any temporary agency or outsourcer that provides services to any Administaff entity, independent contractors providing services to any Administaff entity, and the immediate families and related entities owned by all of the foregoing, are ineligible to enter or win.
14. Administaff clients, except as noted in paragraph 14 above, are eligible to enter; however, being a client of Administaff will not increase odds of winning.
    
15. Winning entries shall be subject to verification as determined by Administaff in its sole discretion. Such verification may include proper identification by persons designated to represent the winner (i.e. valid driver’s license, passport, state I.D., military I.D.) A designated representative may be allowed to accept a prize on behalf of a winner in Administaff’s sole discretion. Written authorization from the winner including the designated representative’s name and proper identification is required. The designated representative must be one of the following: Chairman of the Board; Board of Directors member; President; Chief Executive Officer; Vice President; Chief Financial Officer; Chief Operating Officer; Controller; Treasurer; Owner; Partner; Pastor; Principal; Superintendent; director level executive; or other analogous executive.
16. Contest rules are available for review online at the Administaff Web site located at www.administaff.com and during regular business hours at the Administaff offices located at 19001 Crescent Springs Dr., Kingwood, TX, 77339. Additions, deletions or clarifications to these rules may be made at the discretion of Administaff, and may be enacted at any time by posting to www.administaff.com.
17. If an individual is a winner, such person must be 21 years of age or older.
18. By entering the Administaff BIG $100,000 Business Sweepstakes, entrants and winners release Administaff, its promotional and advertising agencies and its and their affiliates, employees, officers and directors and agents from any injury, damage, claim or cause of action, of whatever nature including tort and contract, arising from the entry process, drawing and prize selection, receipt and distribution of the prize(s) or any claim related to this Sweepstakes.
19. Winners are responsible for all income or other taxes due on the value of the prize(s) received. Administaff will report the fair market value of the prize(s) to the appropriate government agencies including the Internal Revenue Service in accordance with applicable laws.
20. The cash prizes are to be used for the betterment of the winning businesses.
21. All Sweepstakes entries become the property of Administaff.
22. Winners and/or designated representatives acknowledge, as a condition of entry, that Administaff has a right to publicize and use in its advertising, Web site and other marketing/public relations materials the winner’s name and/or designated representative’s character, likeness, voice and all matters incidental thereto.
23. All prizes are non-transferable.
24. Winners are subject to the final approval of Administaff at its sole discretion. The decision of Administaff is final. Finalists will be contacted by telephone to verify Sweepstakes eligibility. If Administaff’s call is not returned or if a finalist cannot be contacted within 24 hours, the entry may be disqualified. Final winners will be notified of winning by overnight mail.  A list of winners will be available from Administaff upon written request at Marketing Department, 19001 Crescent Springs Dr., Kingwood, TX, 77339.
25. Any failure to timely return fully completed, executed forms to Administaff will result in disqualification.
26. Void where prohibited by law.
27. If you do not wish to receive future sweepstakes and/or rewards program e-mails from Administaff, please follow the procedures set forth in the e-mails or send your name/address to: Administaff, Corporate Marketing Opt-Out, 19001 Crescent Springs Drive, Kingwood, TX 77339-3802.
28. Administaff reserves the right to disqualify any entry or winner in its sole discretion.
