Steven Alesio
Mr. Alesio is President and General Manager, Small Business Services Group, American Express Company and is a member of the Policy and Planning Committee for American Express. He was elected a director of Administaff in July 1999.

Michael W. Brown
Mr. Brown is the past Chairman of the NASDAQ Stock Market Board of Directors and is currently a governor of the National Association of Securities Dealers. He retired as Chief Financial Officer of Microsoft Corporation in July 1997 and was elected to Administaff's Board in November 1997.

Jack M. Fields, Jr.
Mr. Fields is Chief Executive Officer of both Texana Global, Inc. and 21st Century Group. He joined Administaff's Board in January 1997 following his retirement from the United States House of Representatives. He also serves on the Board of Directors for AIM Management and Telscape International.

Paul S. Lattanzio
Mr. Lattanzio is a Managing Director for Toronto Dominion Capital, the private equity arm for Toronto Dominion Bank. He previously served with affiliates of NationsBanc Montgomery Securities LLC and Bankers Trust New York Corporation. He joined Administaff's Board in August 1995.

Linda Fayne Levinson
Ms. Levinson is a principal of Global Retail Partners, L.P. She previously served as President of Fayne Levinson & Associates and has been an executive with several major corporations. She joined Administaff's Board in April 1996.

Richard G. Rawson
Mr. Rawson is Administaff's Executive Vice President of Administration, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He has served on Administaff's Board since April 1989.

Paul J. Sarvadi
Mr. Sarvadi is President, Chief Executive Officer and a co-founder of Administaff. He has served on Administaff's Board since the Company's inception in March 1986.
