Administaff

(PEO), serving as an off-site, full-service human resources
department for small and medium-sized businesses throughout
the United States.
Headquartered in Houston, Texas, Administaff has 25 sales
offices and three service centers in 15 major markets. At
year-end 1999, the Company had approximately 2,900 client
companies, 48,000 worksite employees and 800 corporate employees.
The Company posted 1999 revenues of $2.3 billion, making
it one of the nation's largest PEOs. In addition, the Company
is listed on the New York Stock Exchange, is accredited by
the Institute for the Accreditation of Professional Employer
Organizations (IAPEO) and is an active member of the National
Association of Professional Employer Organizations (NAPEO).
In early 2000, Administaff was named again to Fortune
