The Company
Provaliant, Inc. is a nationwide project management consulting company headquartered in Phoenix, AZ. Provaliant provides government and corporate clients with experienced project management, Project Management Office (PMO) set up and project management mentoring. The company specializes in Information Technology (IT) projects for public retirement systems and health care organizations.
The Challenge

In its formative years, Provaliant considered Administaff, but “we didn't meet eligibility criteria, so we settled for another PEO,” Solheim says. “Over several years, the benefits of using that PEO declined. We were forced out of their 401(k), and they discontinued the large group health insurance plan and offered only an extremely high-priced small group plan to us. Customer service was almost nonexistent.” Solheim checked again with Administaff and was delighted that the two were then a fit. “Nobody had to sell me—I wanted in with Administaff,” Solheim continues.

“Placing a number on our ROI would greatly understate the value of Administaff to Provaliant. However, our costs are lower; in just my family’s case the savings are worth more than $500 a month. “Administaff added other benefits to Provaliant that we've never had access to, like screening for recruiting purposes and the online interaction. There's nothing like the Employee Service Center MarketPlaceSM. The Employee Service Center is awesome; MarketPlace is great; right now I'm very interested in the H plan offered through the Toyota alliance. The online training certifications are accepted by the Project Management Institute (PMI) and would easily cost our employees $3-4,000 to get on their own,” Solheim says. “Administaff has exceeded our expectations in every way.”
