» Is Administaff a staffing agency?
Administaff is not a staffing agency. We are a Professional Employer Organization (PEO), providing a complete human resources solution to our clients. We recruit for our clients to fill their regular opportunities.
» How do I submit a résume?
From the careers site homepage, select the tab Create a Profile. You will be prompted to upload your résume and complete a profile with your personal information.
» I uploaded my résume. Where do I go from here?
Select Search our Careers from the careers site homepage to apply for specific positions.
» I applied to a position on your website. How do I know if you received my résume?
If you successfully applied to a position, you will receive a thank-you e-mail which begins with: “Thank you for applying to the (specific) position.” If you do not receive this e-mail, your application was not successfully received.

You can also view all positions for which you have successfully applied by selecting Career Center from the careers site homepage, followed by Resume Submission History.
» Can I submit a résume without applying for a specific position?
Yes. From the careers site homepage, select the tab Create a Profile. You will be prompted to upload your résume and complete a profile with your personal information. Our recruiters will then have access to your information and will contact you regarding positions for which your background is a fit.
» Will I be considered for other positions when applying for a specific position?
Yes. If you upload your résume and create a profile (see above), our recruiters will contact you regarding other positions for which your background is a fit.
» Do I have to create a résume profile to search and submit my résume?
You do not have to create a résume profile to search our open positions, but a résume profile must be created in order to submit your résume for a position or to submit your résume to our résume database.
» After I apply for a position, will I receive a response?
If your background meets the requirements for the position for which you have applied, one of our recruiters will contact you. If you are not contacted by a recruiter, please continue to search our careers site for other opportunities.
» Can I submit my résume for more than one position at a time?
Yes, you can apply for multiple positions.
» How do I know which positions I have applied for?
Select Career Center from the careers site homepage, followed by view Resume Submission History.
» How can I be sure that the position for which I applied has not been filled?
Positions are removed from our site as soon as they are filled. If you are not contacted by a recruiter, please continue to search our careers site for other opportunities.
» How will I be notified for future positions?
We suggest that you create a Job Search Agent. This option can be located at the bottom of the careers site homepage. You will be able to save your job search criteria, and whenever new positions are added to our database, you will automatically be e-mailed details on positions that meet your search criteria.

In addition, if you have created a résume profile and uploaded your résume, one of our recruiters may also contact you via phone or e-mail for positions that are in alignment with your skillset.
» What is the interview process if I am selected?
The interview process varies whether you are applying for a corporate position with Administaff or applying for a position with one of our client companies. The process can also vary by position. Please visit the “Interview Process” section under both “Corporate Opportunities” and “Client Opportunities” for more information.
» Where can I learn more about Administaff?
Please visit our corporate home page, administaff.com, to explore various sections of our company Web site.
» Is a degree required for positions?
A degree is required for some positions, but not all. Please review the requirements for each individual position.
» Will a background check be conducted on me?
A background check, including criminal check, credit check, Motor Vehicle Report check, education verification and employment verifications, is conducted on all candidates interviewing for positions with Administaff corporate. For positions with our client companies, the background check process can vary by company and by position.
» Will you contact my current or previous employers once I submit my résume?
No, we will not contact any of your prior employers or references without your knowledge or consent. However, as you progress through the interview process, we may contact your past employers once you give us permission on the application for employment, and we may require paystubs or W-2s for current employment.
» I currently work for an Administaff client. Can I apply for positions with other clients or with Administaff corporate?
Administaff requires that any employee of our client companies must submit a letter from his or her company owner before we can consider him or her for other positions. If such a letter is submitted, you will be considered for the position for which you have applied if your background meets the position requirements.
» Who has access to my information?
Our recruiters have access to your information and will contact you regarding positions for which your background is a fit. If our recruiters determine that your skillset meets position requirements, we will share your information with our client companies.


Technical Support Questions

» How can I update my profile?
From the careers site homepage, select the tab Career Center. You will then be able to edit your profile, revise your résume or add other attachments. You can update your profile as frequently as you wish.
» I updated my résume. How do I know if the new résume was uploaded?
If you successfully uploaded any new attachment, including an updated résume, the following message will appear on your screen: “Success! The specified file has been attached.”
» My résume has just been successfully uploaded. Does this mean I have automatically applied to a position?
No. You must then select Search All Jobs to apply for specific positions.
» How can I change my password?
Select Career Center from the careers site homepage, followed by Change My Password.
» Your system is saying my email is not unique. What do I do?
Select Career Center from the careers site homepage, followed by Retrieve my Password. Enter your e-mail address and your password will be e-mailed to you. You will then be able to access your profile.
» I have updated my resume. Can I reapply for a position for which I previously applied to so that my updated resume is given full consideration?
You can only apply to each position once. However, select Career Center from the careers site homepage, followed by View/Edit My Resume Profile to upload your new resume. Our recruiting team will be able to then view your new résume for positions you previously applied to.
