HR PowerHouse represents the third component of Administaff's comprehensive eBusiness strategy. Initiated in 1998, this strategy was designed to increase the value of the company's services, as well as establish an online community to foster relationships among providers, clients, employees and employees' families. Prior to the launch of HR PowerHouse as the company's eContent platform, Administaff was already delivering online services to client companies and worksite employees through its eService platform, Employee Service Center(SM), and its eCommerce platform, My MarketPlace(SM). Among the many alliance companies represented on My MarketPlace, IBM provides Administaff clients and employees with special offers and discounts on computer hardware and accessories.
