ADMINISTAFF OPENS SECOND BOSTON-AREA OFFICE

HOUSTON - December 17, 2001 - Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), the nation's leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), today announced the opening of its second Boston-area office to serve small and medium-sized businesses in the market and throughout New England.

The opening of the second Boston office continues Administaff's nationwide expansion plan, which targets a total of 90 sales offices in 40 strategically selected markets.
