ADMINISTAFF ANNOUNCES ALLIANCES WITH eREALTY.COM AND OXFORD CAPITAL

HOUSTON, TX — April 16, 2001 — Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), the nation's leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), today announced new strategic alliances with eRealty.com and Oxford Capital. Under the terms of the agreements, Administaff's client companies will be able to access value-added offerings by the alliance companies via bizzportSM, Administaff's eCommerce portal.

eRealty.com is a full-service, online residential real estate brokerage that combines the power of the Internet with the personal touch of professional on-staff Realtors® to make buying or selling a home faster, easier and more cost effective. For Administaff's clients and employees using bizzport, eRealty provides a special service provider credit to be used with eRealty's ePartners at closing, plus low commissions for sellers and cash rebates for buyers. eRealty is based in Houston.

Oxford Capital is a commercial finance company providing accounts receivable financing and accounts receivable management services for small to medium-sized growing businesses. Based in Chicago, Oxford provides invoice processing, credit services and collection services that can help companies avoid bad debt, offer credit terms to customers and take advantage of early-payment discounts on materials.
