ADMINISTAFF ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH FTD.COM

HOUSTON, TX – December 12, 2000 – Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), the nation’s leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), today announced an alliance with FTD.COM (NASDAQ: EFTD), an Internet and telephone marketer of more than 1,000 unique floral arrangements and specialty gifts for the holidays and other occasions.

Under the terms of the agreement, Administaff’s clients and employees will receive special pricing and have access to FTD.COM products and services through a co-branded FTD.COM web site accessible through bizzportSM, Administaff’s eCommerce portal. FTD.COM offers unique gift options such as floral bouquets and plants, gourmet foods, bath and beauty products, wine accessories, crystal items and collectibles, sports gift baskets and travel accessories.
