ADMINISTAFF ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH CONTINENTAL AIRLINES

HOUSTON, TX – November 28, 2000 – Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), the nation’s leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), today announced an online marketing alliance with Continental Airlines (NYSE: CAL and CAL.A).

Through this alliance, Administaff’s client companies will have access to the Continental RewardOne Program via bizzportSM, Administaff’s eCommerce portal. The RewardOne program allows small and medium-sized businesses to earn travel rewards when employees fly Continental. These rewards can be used as a corporate incentive program for employees and customers, or they can be applied to future business trips, allowing companies to reduce overall travel expenses.

Administaff client companies will accumulate RewardOne points based on dollars spent for business travel on Continental. In addition, client companies will receive bonus RewardOne points when they sign up for the program through bizzport. RewardOne points are redeemable for upgrades, Silver OnePass Elite Status, Presidents Club memberships and travel certificates.

"The RewardOne program is a great way to kick off our alliance with Continental Airlines," said Paul J. Sarvadi, president and chief executive officer of Administaff. "We are continually seeking new opportunities to provide value-added services for our client companies, and this alliance is a great addition to the best-of-class services our client companies have come to expect."

Bob King, Continental’s staff vice president of North America sales, added, "RewardOne has quickly become the leading online travel management and incentive program for small and medium-sized business. We are excited that Administaff has added RewardOne to the impressive selection of services it offers its clients through bizzport, and we will be working closely with Administaff to expand upon this alliance."
