ADMINISTAFF ANNOUNCES ALLIANCE WITH SPIEGEL CATALOG, INC.

HOUSTON, TX – November 15, 2000 – Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), the leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), today announced an alliance with Spiegel Catalog, Inc. (Spiegel), one of America’s leading direct marketers of fashion apparel and home furnishings and a major supplier of employee reward programs.

Under the terms of the agreement, Administaff’s client companies will receive preferred pricing on reward programs when they access the Spiegel Rewards Program through bizzportSM, Administaff’s eCommerce portal. The Spiegel Rewards Program is a corporate incentive program that Administaff’s client companies can use to reward top performers. The rewards include award certificates, award cards and web certificates that are redeemable for merchandise through both the Spiegel Catalog® and the award-winning Spiegel web site, www.spiegel.com.
