ADMINISTAFF EXPANDS ATLANTA OPERATIONS WITH THIRD AREA OFFICE

HOUSTON, TX – June 14, 2000 – Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO), today announced the opening of its third sales office in the Atlanta area. The new office - the 28th for the company nationwide - continues Administaff’s national expansion plan targeting approximately 90 sales offices in 40 strategically selected markets.

"Administaff has achieved a 67 percent growth rate in the number of Atlanta-area worksite employees over the last 12 months, and we believe the opening of our new office will help us build on this success," said Jay E. In October 1999, Administaff opened a regional service center in Atlanta, its third nationally. After only nine months of operation, the center is already providing personnel management services for more than 30 percent of Administaff’s clients. In addition to its service centers, the company now operates 28 sales offices in 16 major metropolitan markets, including Atlanta, Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, Orlando, Phoenix, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis, and Washington, D.C. Together, these 16 markets represent more than 500,000 businesses and approximately 8.5 million worksite employees that fit the company’s target profile.
