ADMINISTAFF EXPANDS ATLANTA OPERATIONS WITH THIRD
AREA OFFICE
HOUSTON, TX June 14, 2000
Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), a leading Professional Employer Organization
(PEO), today announced the opening of its third sales office in
the Atlanta area. The new office - the 28th for the company
nationwide - continues Administaffs national expansion plan
targeting approximately 90 sales offices in 40 strategically selected
markets.

growth rate in the number of Atlanta-area worksite employees over
the last 12 months, and we believe the opening of our new office

In October 1999, Administaff opened a regional
service center in Atlanta, its third nationally. After only nine
months of operation, the center is already providing personnel management
services for more than 30 percent of Administaffs clients.

sales offices in 16 major metropolitan markets, including Atlanta,
Austin, Baltimore, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston,

St. Louis, and Washington, D.C. Together, these 16 markets represent
more than 500,000 businesses and approximately 8.5 million worksite
