ADMINISTAFF OPENS NEW ATLANTA SERVICE CENTER

HOUSTON – Sept. 8, 1999 – Administaff, Inc. (NYSE:ASF), a leading professional employer organization (PEO), today announced the opening of its new Atlanta service center.

The 40,000 square foot facility, located in Kennesaw, Ga., will handle payroll, benefits, and other human resource services for Administaff clients located primarily in the eastern United States. The facility also will work in conjunction with the company’s two other service centers, located in Houston and Dallas, to provide mutual backup systems for ensuring business continuation in the event of an emergency, such as severe weather conditions.

"This regional service center is designed to help us keep pace with the continuing growth of our client base," said A. Steve Arizpe, Administaff’s executive vice president of client services. "It’s also in line with our goal to locate service professionals closer to our clients and worksite employees. Ultimately, we expect the center to serve approximately 40,000 worksite employees."

Total employment at the new facility is expected to be about 50 people by the end of this year and approximately 200 by year-end 2000.

The service center is located in Four Barrett Lakes, a two-story building on Barrett Parkway between Interstate 75 and U.S. 41. The address is 1940 Lodge Rd., NW, Suite 100, Kennesaw, GA 30144; and the phone number is 678-354-1430. Administaff also operates two sales offices in Atlanta.

Administaff clients and suppliers, along with community and business leaders, will be invited to an open-house ceremony at the new facility in early October.
