AMERICAN EXPRESS LAUNCHES CO-BRANDED WEB SITE TO
MARKET ADMINISTAFF'S SERVICES

23, 1998 Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), a leading Professional
Employer Organization (PEO), today announced that American Express
has expanded its marketing of Administaffs personnel management
services through a co-branded web site at www.americanexpress.com/administaff/.
This website represents the latest initiative in the marketing alliance
announced earlier this year between Administaff and American Express
Travel Related Services Company, Inc. The alliance benefits American
Express small business customers by offering Administaff services
that can alleviate the administrative burden of managing employees.
"The launch of this web
site is especially exciting because we are finding that many high-
quality prospects are coming through the Internet," said Jay

an exclusive offer for American Express referrals.
Business owners will be guided
to the new web site through banner advertising purchased on various
commercial Internet search engines and sites that serve small and
medium-sized businesses.
In addition to the new web
site, the marketing mix for the Administaff and American Express
alliance includes telemarketing to Small Business Corporate Cardmembers
and service establishments, and referrals from the American Express
Financial Advisors and American Express Tax and Business Services.
