ADMINISTAFF NAMES CONNIE BARNABA VICE PRESIDENT
OF HUMAN RESOURCE SERVICES
HOUSTON, TX Sept. 21, 1998
Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), a leading Professional
Employer Organization (PEO), has named Connie Barnaba to the new
position of vice president of human resource services.
In her new position, Barnaba will be responsible
for the direction, development and delivery of human resource services
to Administaff clients. She will coordinate the delivery of recruiting
and selection services, compensation program development, performance
management, employee relations, training and development, safety
services, unemployment and outplacement services, wage claims administration,
EEOC compliance, and drug testing services.

its client service operations, Connie Barnaba brings a wealth of
knowledge and experience to this vitally important area," said

client services. "Since joining Administaff in 1996, she has
played a key role in strengthening the nationwide delivery of our
human resource services."
Barnaba has 12 years of management experience
and more than 20 years of employee relations experience. She joined
Administaff in April 1996 as a training specialist, was promoted
to manager of human resource services in April 1997, and has served
as director of human resource services since July 1997.
Prior to joining Administaff, Barnaba taught
labor relations at Youngstown State University in Ohio and served
as executive manager of the Affiliate Services Division of the Ohio
Education Association in Columbus, Ohio.
Barnaba holds a masters degree in communications
from the University of Pittsburgh and a bachelors degree in
education from Clarion State College in Pennsylvania. She also is
a student of the Tom Peters In Search of Excellence training
and Quality Customer Service training at the Disney Institute.
