ADMINISTAFF ANNOUNCES RESIGNATION OF BOARD MEMBER
HOUSTON, TX August 31, 1998
Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), a leading Professional
Employer Organization (PEO), today announced the resignation of
Scott C. Hensel from the companys Board of Directors, effective
Sept. 1, 1998.
"Scott Hensel has served the company well,
both as an officer until his retirement in 1997 and as a member
of our Board of Directors," said Paul J. Sarvadi, Administaff
president and chief executive officer. "We wish him all the
best for continued success in his future endeavors."
Sarvadi said Administaff has no immediate plans
to fill the vacancy created by Hensels departure.
