ADMINISTAFF ANNOUNCES RODNEY WILLIAMSON AS NEW
VICE PRESIDENT OF BENEFITS
HOUSTON, TX August 19, 1998
Administaff, Inc. (NYSE: ASF), a leading Professional
Employer Organization (PEO), has named Rodney Williamson to the
new position of vice president of benefits.
Williamson will be responsible for the design,
administration, and operations for all of the companys benefit
plans, including health, 401(k), short- and long-term disability,
workers compensation insurance, and employee assistance. He
will be evaluating new benefit packages, as well as refining and
enhancing existing plans. A certified employee benefits specialist
(CEBS), Williamson has extensive experience in benefits administration,
managed care network arrangements, sales and account management.

to create and operate substantial benefit networks around the country,"

Prior to joining Administaff, Williamson was
a vice president for Blue Cross and Blue Shield, responsible for
regional profitability, network management, and managed care sales.
Before that, he spent 27 years with Aetna U.S. Healthcare.
Williamson earned his bachelor of arts degree
in finance and economics from Saint Leo College in 1967 and obtained
his professional designation as a CEBS from the International Foundation
of Employee Benefit Plans and the Wharton School of the University
of Pennsylvania in 1989. He has completed executive leadership and
management courses through the Aetna Institute and is a Fellow of
the International Society of Certified Employee Benefit Specialists.
