ADMINISTAFF LAUNCHES NEW ONLINE SERVICE
- Extranet To Provide Up-To-Date Human Resource
Information To Clients and Worksite Employees
HOUSTON, July 1, 1998 Administaff,
Inc. (NYSE: ASF), a leading Professional Employer Organization (PEO),
today launched Administaff Assistant, a new Extranet service that
will provide Administaff clients with secure online access to customer-specific
information relating to employment issues and day-to-day human resource
activities. This interactive tool will be available only to Administaff
client companies through its website at www.administaff.com
and will be password protected.

enhance our ability to serve our clients by giving them access to
important personnel-management information 24 hours a day,"

"The growing popularity and convenience of the Internet allows
us to expand and improve our service delivery in a highly efficient
manner for both our clients and Administaff."
Phase I of Administaff Assistant allows clients
access to selected payroll reports, a comprehensive personnel guide,
an online resume and recruiting database, and a variety of human
resource forms.
As soon as payroll checks have been processed,
detailed deduction reports, time sheets and invoices will be accessible
online. Administaffs personnel guide addresses personnel policies
and procedures such as recruiting and selection, performance appraisals,
developing employee handbooks and employee termination. The Administaff
Online Recruiting System allows designated personnel to post current
job openings, add or update jobs for candidate viewing, or review
resumes. In addition, more than 30 commonly used and up-to-date
human resource forms will be available for clients to download and
submit to Administaff.
Other features include organized listings of
medical service providers, links to other Administaff providers,
and details on exclusive benefits available through Administaffs
agreements with American Express and Dell Computer Corporation.
Administaff Assistant also will keep clients
informed on the latest Administaff news as well as provide answers
to Administaffs most frequently asked questions. Additional
features will be developed based on client feedback.
