OPENS THIRD DALLAS OFFICE; CONTINUES AGGRESSIVE EXPANSION

HOUSTON, TX April 1, 1998
Continuing its aggressive expansion program, Administaff, Inc. today
announced the opening of its third Dallas office, bringing the Company's
total number of sales offices to 20.
A leading Professional Employer Organization
(PEO), Administaff opened five new offices last year and plans to
open at least four new offices every year toward a goal of 90 offices
in 40 markets.
Administaff provides its clients with a wide
range of human resource services such as payroll and benefits administration,
medical and workers' compensation insurance programs, and personnel
records management. In the Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area,
the Company serves over 350 client companies that collectively employ
approximately 5,300 worksite employees.

Sarvadi said the vibrant economic climate in
the Dallas/Fort Worth area has also spurred local demand for Administaff's
services. The Company opened its first Dallas office in 1993 and
its second office less than three years later.
The new Dallas office will be led by Tyler Pierson
as District Manager and is located at 222 West Las Colinas Boulevard,
Suite 852 in the Las Colinas area of Irving.
Administaff also maintains a fully staffed operations
center at this location to keep pace with the rapid growth in the
Dallas/Fort Worth metropolitan area and to service a large portion
of its national client base. The Las Colinas service center is a
processing facility for administrative operations and serves as
the Company's disaster recovery facility a location that
is fully capable of supporting the critical telecommunications,
security, record retrieval and payroll systems of the entire client
and employee base.
Administaff had 1997 revenues of $1.2 billion.
