eLearning Helps Balance Training, Productivity
(NU) – Experts project 60 percent of new
jobs in the early 21st century will require skills possessed by
only 20 percent of today’s workforce. If this prediction becomes
reality, how will today’s workforce acquire tomorrow’s
skills given our fast-paced lives?
Internet-based education, or eLearning, may
be the answer. Incorporating eLearning tools is gaining popularity
as a "must-have" capability among businesses of all sizes
for many reasons:
